Can we PLEASE do something about the cancer that is Akali?

This champion in the pinnacle of garbage design pioneered by CertainlyT (who's making an ADC now btw). Akali has been nerfed patch after patch and is still pick/ban. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS CHAMPION. She's worse to play against than Yasuo and makes you want to quit the game before it even begin. Toxic design like this SHOULD NOT EXIST in a healthy game,
