To be far, that Sion didn't build any defense items. And in that game Cait had 50 lethality with item 3036 and over 300 bonus ad vs a lvl 18 sion with more than 500 hp above her with no built armor is just asking to die in one hit by cait.

Yes? Lets see...full build cait...sion with no defensive items...cait with over 300 bonus ad....yeah that pretty much justifies it. (cait ult does 700 + 200% bonus ad. If you have no defensive items it SHOULD do damage.)

Cait is an adc, she should not be doing 1.8k damage with one ability. Marksman should be sustained damage, not burst damage.
