I'd like some context on this pile of crap.
First of all, I'd like to mention that Thunderlord's Decree is a godsend for any champion that likes harassing the opponent over and over. It's clean and effective at what it does, it just has a CD that makes me want to roundhouse kick someone. However, with many champions being AP laners, the massive nerf you've given to all their items feels terribly thought out. What ever happened to masteries being slight advantages to help you win a game? Thunderlord's Decree is a step in the right direction. Warlord's Bloodlust after the AD item changes? No. Awful. Even with the incoming hotfix, it won't change the fact that some masteries are obviously better than others.
I can understand mana potions getting removed, really. That MP regen passive is much easier to access. However, does everyone have a great MP pool to be abusing it? Not at all.
is feeling these changes worse more than anyone, especially since he has received no compensation for any of this. And junglers can't give blue buff to him because guess what? They need it for the gold value and sustain. Seriously.
I've seen supports and APs work in this current pre-season. I really have. Worked immensely well however? Well, you can see that for yourself in the nearest game with Yasuo in it... Is there something wrong with wanting to play a mage who can change the scope of a teamfight? Is it wrong for them to have any power spikes to speak of? Why didn't you just do for mages what you did for ADCs, give them more versatility and choices so that any one of those champions could succeed?
