Ok seriously, just because you say "mid" or "pref mid" or whatever role you call out, it doesn't mean you're going to get that role. Last i checked the game goes by pickorder>call. Yes i know the pick order is random but tough luck, You get what you get and you don't throw a fit.
ps, i hate all the people who pick what they want because they felt entitled to that role because they called it.
S H A Y C 03 votesi would also consider that they are requesting or "calling" what is most likely their strongest role. You should be confident enough that you will be that much better then they will if you are going to take it. You will be putting them on a less comfortable role and decreasing your chances of winning.
Keyoshi1 votesif you're plat 2 or higher, you should be able to perform in any role.
Bemapon1 votesHes just saying that they will not be as good in a different role, not that they are going to be bad.
S H A Y C 01 votesthats correct, and is why i said you should be confident that you will outperform them in that role enough to compensate for putting them on a champion and role that they aren't as good at, even though you can doesn't mean its your best. They want to win too, so they call their best role (hopefully) its reasonably wise to let them have it...again unless you feel you are that much better, but still consider letting them have it because it might be better for the team and thus better for you.
Icestar11861 votesFew people are plat 2 or higher.
disregardable2 votesI love when I'm first pick and get the "mid no matter what" people. Mid is my worst role, and I just love screwing with them.
Sirsir1 votesWhat if 2 people that want the same role are in the same pick spot? Both first picks on Purple team for example.
Keyoshi2 votesThe person above is technically before him and he should pick after him, I get they "pick at the same time" but the pick order is still who ever is above you.
Sirsir1 votesIs that the convention or your opinion?
T RexHasLongLegs1 votesIt is counting. Ideally though you work with your team. Very seldom is this a huge issue, but that might just be me being flexible, which is only kinda true since there is a whole role I won't play.
