When are we removing Tahm Kench from the top lane?

Why the fuck is it that when something can't be balanced in the mid or bot lane ( ) it just gets shoved into top and makes actual top laners wanna jump off a cliff? This is the only lane that seems to suffer from this phenomenon because when something from top DARES find a place in any other lane () they get nerfed out of it in an instant.

Please, for the love of god remove this fucking abomination from the top lane.

Because Riot only cares about mid and bot, and doesn't give two shits about top or jungle

Just like they removed Camille from jungle by removing her stun on jungle monsters. Just rework his damage stacking from his max hp or something.. They are making tahm able to eat buffs next patch and i think they are making rene W to destroy 100% of every shield in game, so i guess thats their solution.
