Yeah, I think it's safe to say that a Vayne with Sated Devourer would be broken. But considering how hard it would be for Vayne to get there in the first place... Riot's probable word on it would be "If you let Vayne get there in the first place, you deserve to lose."
I doubt we'll see it much, but on the times we do see it, people are going to bitch.

vayne is not easy to counter jungle, she can play safe with the camps take no damage she has a knock back there is walls all around in the jungle and a low cd dash........ anyone whose ever counter jungled me while i was vayne died. her clear speed is faster than most junglers, after i smite an kill krugs ill kill red buff with 13-15 secs left on smite an finish the raptors before smite is back up then ill proceed to do the rift scuttler and go steal enemy blue and his wolfs and maybe gromp if i feel he has already backed but i normally do wolfs and blue.
