My character gets stuck when I back2base {Gameplay}

Sometimes when I back to base I can't move. I try to access the shop and It doesn't work and then I stop moving. (Happens once every game) Surprisingly, this only happens in PvP not PvC...

I posted this somewhere else http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/help-support/w0sctrmL-cant-move-my-character-when-i-back2base?comment=00010000

PartyZiggs seemed busy so I decided to come here. (Sorry for being impatient!)
