Easily make it to Diamond.

Put the silver player on Janna Soraka Karma Morgana Nami

Tell them to stand near their ADC and press buttons on them, tell them exactly what to build.

Mid/Top will win lane every game. Jungler will destroy every game. ADC will go at least even 90% of the time.

It was possible beforehand, a D1 jungle main could easily carry a silver player all the way to D5.

I kinda doubt it. Eventually the silver, even as ADC or support, is going to go against plat bot lane duos and get his partner and himself double killed at level 3. And a silver vs. a plat in a solo lane? forget it.
