For the sake of fun and balanced gameplay, I think a champ should have no more than 1 dash

Here is a list of champions who don't necessarily have more than 1 dash, but their said dash can be used so often that it should be mentioned.

See a pattern? Most if not all of these champions have been known for being very frustrating to play against at some point. This only further backs up my point on why there shouldn't be a champion that is known for being so mobile. Champions who are mobile just flush out all the other champions. Yes, some immobile champions are immensely powerful, but at the end of the day, the better champions will always be the one who has the most mobility. The only true counter to these champions, are point and click hard crowd control champions, which according to riot: shouldn't be a reason a champion is balanced.

First things first. OP there is a difference between a blink and a dash. Zed for instance only has blinks same with Kassadin and Katarina

Having a dash isnt a core reason to champions being frustrating. It's when they are overtuned that they are frustrating.
