what about big giant sword floating in the air screams ninja? what about using a 2 handed sword screams ninja? I can't even come up with any thematic reason for shen to have it, at least irelia has her lore with the floating weapons and shit, with shen it's there just cuz, his Q also feels bad, previously he threw a small sword, wakizashi or something, made me think of a ninja throwing shurikens, what do I think when I see him swinging a big 2 handed sword around? is that conan? you also destroyed AP shen, I mean yeah 0.5% for 100 AP is SOMETHING with his W not being a shield anymore he can't survive shit in lane

and worst of all WORST OF ALL, you shat on my 18k IP, why? because that's how much I spent on IP on energy runes which are now garbage because for some reason you doubled his energy

energy runes in general were already garbage, thats why they are removing them

I had some succes with them to be able to use Q more often while keeping E ready, on old shen that is but now they are just unusable.

also do you know if they will give a refund? would suck to lose out on 18k IP

I think it was mentioned somewhere it was 75% refund

What you talking about, new shen should be reverted simply because old shen was a beast. Build tanky with onhit/aa speed and you instagib anything, was nothing better then one shotting a rengar before he finishes his jump to your ad or mid
