Why The Heck Does Kalista's Ult Have A Global Sound...

I don't get it why does Kalista have a global ult. I mean what does it tell you? OHH IF YOU DIDNT SEE THE NAUTILIUS CONVERGE INTO MY BODY AFTER I DRAGGED HIM IN BY FORCE THEN THIS SOUND WILL CERTAINLYT TELL YOU. OHHHHHHH LOOK AT THIS. NOTICE BOT LANE!!!

I mean, Kalista's ult shouldn't have a global sound, period. If I'm just farming in top lane, I don't give a flying shit that Kalista decided to save her support from a Blitz hook.

Better question, why does her PASSIVE have a global sound? At least her ult has some reason for needing to know what's going on, what they hell do I care that she's bonded with someone?! All it tells me is that someone on her team will let her do more damage to me with autos.

But I wouldn't call that a buff.

In exchange for the style, it makes it so that people who are in shop (or otherwise not paying attention) will be more likely to notice, and use any heals/shields/invulnerability spells that they have.

I figured it out! It's so she can't use it as effectively as an ambush tool.

For example, assume that some crazy person has played Galio as a support for Kalista (this does actually work, but the Galio has to be really good at support). When both hit level six, galio leaves lane in clear vision of the enemy team, then covertly comes back just behind his team's outer turret. Kalista pushes lane past mid way, walks back through bush and picks up Galio with ult. After waiting almost to the timeout, Galio throws himself twards the enemy, and ults on arrival. Easy kills for Kalista. (a similar strategy works with a number of other champs as support, but Galio is just a good example).

absolutely ticks me off when I'm in fountain at start of the game and she's already yapping about the spear of vengeance or some shit.

seriously she's already toxic enough to play against as any champion with an important skillshot. do we really need to be subjected to her bullshit and taunts before the game even starts
