i have loved zed since release. I have been maining him through all his changes and love his play and feel. However with the recent changes, zed has been left behind. Now with league of tanks being popular zed's assassination potential has gone down the drain. Even urgot (who was already strong) got buffs. I suggest that you add armor pen somewhere into zed's kit. Also while you are at it nerf urgot.

but i can't go in then use my safety to outplay the enemy team because i can't even do any damage with just 1 shrunken and 2 autos

Because 25% increased AD is not enough. He needs more.
I've playing Zed since season 3, he was my most played champion at season 3 and I still played him through season 4, until I started picking Talon (because I find him more funny, personally).
HE DOES NOT NEED BUFFS. In fact, he's not OP, but he should be unable to reactivate R again to teleport back after a play. It's just too abusive and forgiving.
