Could Raptor recieve a support buff??

Also known as the POINT RUNNER line. It was a line designed for splitpush tanks. But many people forgot that the secondary role of the line was support. Add this point in time one of 2 upgrades is the only existing Armor/Health/CDR item in the game. Stats you would love to get your hands on as a support. The problem is that the componement is basicly worthless in duo lanes. It provides some kind of mobility effect when walking towards lanes and it can give an edge when you have destroyed the enemy turret. But for defensive or disengage aspects. The item is pretty much worthless making it a verry risky item to buy when behind compaired to other componements in this price class.

I would love to see some power on the item for defensive situations so it could make it legit for a champion like , or .

Something like this can be achieved pretty easy with the following buff:

• UNIQUE – POINT RUNNER: Builds up to +20% Movement Speed over 2 seconds while near turrets and fallen turrets or when a nearby ally is below 50% of their maximum health.

We all have been in this situation: Our adc just did a bad trade and got low. The enemy offcourse put up the pressure and their jungler rushes down to get the kill. A champion like thows out her body in order to let her adc escape. After her combo the only thing Leona can do is walking back towards her turret. In those situations the buildup movementspeed can be a hugh asset. It would allow Leona to zone more aggressively and it would make it possible to maintain the buildup point runner passive. Unlike the current situation where you recieve the buff when you are already in safe range of your turret.

NOTE that this won't solve the issues of itself.
