new wits end on shen, kog maw and varus?

who plays those champions

On adcs i see it as kinda trash cause if there half hp there instantly 1 shot anyway and the healing is 33% of 80 damage late not that strong .

No well kog and maybe on hit varus too has too build it but the passive sucks sooo muchh on him its not funny. Why would you even build wits on shen if it wasn't build on him before why would you know since after it lost some defense and utility for healing.

It's really bad.

At max level the healing you get is 26.4.

The sustain is a bit of a joke. Add Grievious Wounds to that and you get 15.84 (that's almost less than some Early/Mid-Game typical Health Regen on some Tanks).
