REMOVE IT! She has q strong movement speed boost which takes 0 skill to proc, 3 dash bs ult, fast ms due to luden's echo 10% ms core item. She doesn't need one of the best cc abilities in the game.
If you guys think that's too radical (even though it isn't), then remove the q ms boost, increase her ult cd, remove her heal passive. Such a safe bs strong mobility and dmg champ. No weak phase either.

Seriously, the only thing she needs is maybe a reduction in her Q ms. She's basically fine, her pick rate and winrate come mostly from being an all-around type of champion.
And for the record, Ahri's lategame isn't particularly strong. The fact that she walks the line between mage and assassin makes her midgame incredibly powerful, but lategame you'd much rather have one or the other and a champion who's focused on being a strong aoe/control mage or a reliable assassin will be more useful than her in teamfights, generally.
