As you can see, wukong has a 77% win rate in CHALLENGER. He is basically a free win against even the best of players.

Shyv has a 23% win rate in challenger, meaning she needs some huge buffs. proof: http://na.op.gg/statistics/champion/

winrate means everything on the boards, so this should be enough proof for changes.
