Please add a "skins" tab under "my collection" in the new client.

Ever had that situation where you're like "wait? I have a skin for this champion? Ooh yeah, got it over a year ago..."

In the skins tab, you would be able to look at all the skins you own (and don't own?) more easily. The shop only allows you to filter away the ones you own. Having a nice overview of all your skins would probably encourage people to add to this collection. $$$

Additionally, I'd like to be able to select a skin outside of champion select. In the last phase of champ select, I'm usually tinkering with my runes and masteries, looking at the chat, or looking up what items to buy first. It costed me 8 games on warwick this week (and a lot of curses during loading screen) to FINALLY select the Grey Warwick skin that I have for over a year.
