What about Teemo
Teemo is my favorite champion in the game, in both theme and gameplay. It makes me sad to get ripped on in champion select when I declare I want to play him or lock him in. Sometimes my own team bans him if they see me declare him. There has only been 1 patch which changed to him in the entire time I have played league (not very long but still)
Teemo's secondary role is an assassin, and he should be looked at for the assassin reworks!

Please make my friend more competitive! I have some suggestions. Either rework his W, or add an active element to his E.
W active ability ideas:
- adds a small amount of armor and mr for the active duration
- adds a small dash in your cursors direction, before giving the same movespeed/duration afterwards
- adds a small heal of % missing hp
E active ability ideas:
- Useable only while stealthed. An empowered auto attack, which reduces your targets magic resist for n seconds
- Line skillshot: shoots a dart which hits the first enemy it collides with. Silence your target for n seconds
- Line skillshot: shoots a dart which hits the first champion it collides with. Stun them for n seconds
