When to use Nasus, malphite and malphite

What laners do each of them do good against? I want to know when to use who in ranked assuming I know the enemy top laner. Example: Malphite and Nasus can do fairly well against Jax in lane. All 3 beat jax late game in teamfights. Maokai does well against champ X. He doesn't do well against Y Nasus is weak against ryze.

You get the point

from personal experience, the tree does not do well against axes

I find that when played correctly malphite can counter pretty much anyone. Yasou was a little difficult considering his consistent poke. I just did a solo bot lane 1v2 with him and won the lane. So if you are ever wondering who I would just go with Malph. Nasus should do well against all melee laners because he can stack without worry of range poke. Never played mao

Nasus does well against most champions if you're safe, I used to think he was weak and Riven was a good choice being that despite being weak early she can beat him early since he is also weak. However you only have a few levels to deal with him before he stops being so weak and it's super easy to play safe during that time.

He's probably weak against Ryze, and Teemo to, but like, it's not all ranged champions, he is great against Nidalee, he just ignores her and lifesteals.

Gives not only the champs that they are weak against, but also who they are strong against. This is only of so much use though, as skill can overcome even the hardest of counters.
