Its also about as slow as Morgana Q so that kind of makes me wonder.. why rework him?

You can totally dodge Syndra E stun and then not die to her ult, and you can dodge Malzahar Q or Ahri charm as adc and be fine, right? But you cant dodge Fizz ult?

Maybe you dont want him to use it point blank after his low range dash, which I dont agree with, but ok.. then why not just change his R? Why also give his W a 2 second delay and remove all the dps it gave?

Its not like his E damage was Garen teed either, and you could flash/dash his Q.

They did it for all assassins, increased their burst windows to allow more counterplay.

Yeah because assassins like LB Rengar Talon didnt have burst windows bigger than like .5 seconds before like Reav3 said, Fizz already had 1.5 seconds after hitting a skillshot.

The problem is, Fizz can 100-0 without his ult and he does it often.
