Because they're WAY too strong right now, jg Ezreal's a thing, Udyr's broken as hell, Twitch jg is stronger than ever, Darius is WAY too good now, same with Evelynn and Veigar, as well as pretty much every adc and juggernaut in the game, these runes are stupid af.

But he isn't anywhere near the top by almost any metric. -Twitch jungle didn't experience any meaningful shift in power -Darius got nerfed by the removal of Fervor. I don't even know why you're mentioning him and makes me question how you're looking at the game. -Evelynn is about the same. -Veigar got hurt by the removal of Stormraiders, because he cant use Phase Rush nearly as well.
How are you coming to any of those conclusions? If you're talking about runes, why not start with the fact that every single adc in bot lane is taking PTA?
