When is Mordekaiser going to be adjusted?

Mordekaiser is zero fun to play against. Sure, I can counter him fine at a distance. However, if I make one mistake, namely allowing him to pull me towards him, I am basically dead. His passive is waaaaaaaaaay too strong relative to the difficulty, or lack there of, to proc it. In addition, his ultimate is so lame, and essentially constitutes an "I win" button in my experience. Something needs to be done to bring this champion to a healthier state.
