Bug? Bard can't self-cast W

1 Wing··1 votes·643 views

Because Riot changed how hotkeys function, I can't tell if this is bugged, or just not set right on my computer.

I can't self-cast Bard's healing ability anymore; it just does nothing. Obviously I would like to do this sometimes.

Any Bardophiles know if there's a setting for this, or what's up?
