Can we bring back Solo Q

Even if it's just a check box in Dynamic Que that says "Do not place me in a team with a 3 or 4 man premade"

Being the Solo on a premade team is the most tilting thing in the entire world, they REFUSE to help you at all because the jg is too busy camping the premade and if you even so much as ask for a gank you get flamed, muted, then they tell the enemy team to report you for toxic.

I don't even really mind playing AGAINST a premade team, but playing WITH a premade team is hell.

Nope. Get some friends, maybe.

A checkbox like that would do horrible things to matchmaking times, in general (riot has explained the reasoning already - also, "soloQ" was never solo in this sense, you got matched with premades all the time).
