Why doesn't Jinx's minigun apply crit damage per hit when you build 100% crit?

It would crit on every single auto... I'm not quite sure on the question, perhaps.

When I was playing Jinx, I had 100% and whichever enemy I attacked, it wouldn't crit. It just looked like normal damage on them, whereas the Vayne's crits were clear as day

Can you reproduce it? It's a bug if it's not working correctly. Go into practice mode and try it out.

I think there's a bug that when you first switch weapons, an auto at high attack speed won't crit?

Normal build path only gets me to 80% so I wouldnt know D:
