Leblanc should get a nerf on W aoe radius and E width reduce but speed increase

I think Leblanc W Aoe Radius should be nerfed or changed since Leblanc is suppose to be a single target Burst Mage Assassin. Or they can change Leblanc W for instead of a Circle Aoe she splash in a cône infront of her. Her E hitbox is quite big maybe reduce its width but increase his speed, since its main purpose is to W,Q,R,E. Leblanc should not get a Zed threatment on because unlike Zed, she isnt as durable or has any kind of lifesteal or sustained damage like him. The change on Zed R doesnt hurt him, it show that he has to commit more to kill his target and not just undo if he ulted.
