I queue up for Solo/Duo, I get into champ Select, we ban champs then I pick first Veigar. Someone Dodges (I guess) I instantly get an afk ready check for another game, get back in champ select, the other team Bans Veigar.
Why does this happen?
Why isn't Riot fixing this cheating? I think its cheating to see the picks, then dodge somehow, then ban the champs that people picked. WTF is going on here?

If you saw the enemy team pick Fizz, Zed, etc. I'm sure you'd ban them as well.
What rule is there that says that people have to ban exactly what they banned last time?
If they have a bad feeling about playing against something, they are free to ban whatever the fuck they want.
The guy who dodged isn't even in your champ select anymore.
