@riot please make new tank items that helps against on Hit-effects

we have plenty of counter builds but we have none for on hit effects build or % true damage at all. isn't enough counter the hit affects even tho the next patch going to make it 10% blocking of damage but it's just a boots counters Crits counters attack speed counters auto attacks counters Flat ad damage and range champions while chasing them counters melee ad champions Heavy Hp items such as Counters flat true damage But have we even asked or considered which item that is mostly the counter for "On hit affects" ? or % True damage? We have none We need another tank item that works against these

on hits mostly deal physical only wits end and rage blade provide on hit damage from items that are magic,

You're not supposed to counter that.

If you're talking Vayne, attack speed slows are the way to go.

only Fiora (vitals) Camille (q interaction with ult passive giving his 1 proc of 8 percent current health damage) Vayne (silver bolts) Amumu (very negligable only 0.2 percent max health per second in very late game) and Garen (only if your rival and he ults) out of these only camille fiora and vayne have a substantial amount that they can use semi reliably, it really isn't that large a thing in the game, the amount of armor shred flying around is the thing that is keeping tanks down currently

Fiora has to hit the vital, garen needs his enemy to be rival, Amumu's true damage isn't an issue, camilie needs a to do a combo for her true damgae.

It's just vayne tbh she is uncountered because she right clicks and pentakills

yes, but she is perma banned most of my games for like 90% of my games she is perma banned, tho everytime she is not banned either she gets first picked by enemy team or my ally team and i have like 90% winrate with vayne in my team the rest 10% because the vaynes sucked, and when enemy team picks vayne i have 100% lose streak so it tells me already when People perma ban her in rank and if she is not she gets picked so fast and ends up a win or a lose because of her that tells me she is very insane and she needs to get countered somehow with a new item

Bortk counters hp, Lw counters lethality and penetration items reks defensive so nope. that is a wrong way to counter tanks they are already being countered from so many items

Botrk is an onhit item. ATm here are the onhit items: item 3153 item 3115 item 3748 item 1419 item 3124 item 3085 . On hit items are designed for the purpose of shredding tanks, and the weakness is they shred squishies at the about same rate unless it's Master Yi.
