it makes pretty much all ez q's into magic damage unlike the lich bane and runeglaive procs ludens and other spell effects?
Personally i think its healthy because of how much time it takes the build to ramp up.
but the dps poke and burst are really really high.

His Q is not a spell; it procs on hit effects and acts as a basic attack for almost every thing (except it cannot crit and is blocked by spell shields). Runeglaive however makes his Q A) magic damage, and B) considered an AoE spell if it hits, proccing spell effects along on hits then.
