Great Job on the Veigar E

not like a Vi or Warwick Ult or an Annie Stun.

Or maybe people could invest in avoiding engaging when the cool down was up or buying a QSS or Zhonya's Hourglass like any clever person would do when facing a Veigar. Let me honestly ask when did someone complain about Veigar before you implemented patch5.4. I'll tell you: hardly ever and now your gonna be stuck listening to people bitch about the new Veigar for ages. This isn't up to the rework form of bad but its close.

In all honestly I do like the Q change it makes farming more interesting and once you get some AP you can clear minions much quicker than with the old Q.

The W however is worthless because without a good E you can never land it and the nerf to the ult damage is ridiculous. You want less burst? And yet Kalista has the super form of smite? Nidalee is rampant in the jungle, Jayce can chunk a health bar from across the map!

I sense hypocrisy in patch 5.4. In your efforts to increase strategic diversity you've managed to cripple champions that were already on the weaker side and have narrowed champion diversity completely. If people take it to any other lane than Riot has intended the champion gets nerfed to hell. Let's see if Cloud 9 picks Veigar support ever again now that his stun is shit.

Also can I please get a refund on my Veigar skin if these changes on E aren't going to get reverted cause I'm sure as hell not going to be using them from now on.
