Champions in need of a rework
Some of these need only a small rework, whilst others need full reworks.

Sujiren1 votesGaren, Taric and Sion are fine. I would add Malzahar, Swain, and Vladimir in that list they are super boring and outdated.
Birbonius1 votesTaric has seen a rework not too long ago. Cho/Diana/Rammus/Nunu all had changes to some of their skills in order to make them more viable, and it succeded,in some cases too much (cho almost pick or ban in Esports). Azir is in list for a mini-rework after eve and maybe before Swain most probably.
How is Bard in need of a rework.
And since Trynd and Garen are in your list, why not Udyr? They're trying to work on him since 7.12 and still can't figure out how to help him without making him broken.
