Leblanc is the most mysterious champion in league both gameplay and lore. Birth of an assassins.

All I know about Leblanc was that she was the leader of a Cult name the Black rose. One day she mysteriously dissapeared and everyone though she died but magically appeared in league one day to participate in it. (She wasn't popular back in season 1,2,3 and then magically made an appearence in almost every single match pre season 4,5) Almost perma ban in lcs and normal games.

Leblanc lore wise has mysterious power but how strong was she? After a certain player name Faker played her for the 1st time in LCS she became the attention of everyone. A Strong and powerful Burst Mage Assassin, a dominating monster in the midlane that shed fear to everyone when she was fed and played like a god. Carries hides behind their tank for protection. It was then that Riot has to cast judgement on all assassins in which the era of tanks should reign supreme. But Leblanc was unaffected because she was naturally not only an assassin but a Burst Mage, Veigar With Flash and mobility boots passive permanent.

Their was an interview with Riot employee morello saying that Leblanc will always be the highest single target burst damage dealer in the entire games, which means Veigar was not #1 but 2nd. Which means any Nerf related to Leblanc Damage output would never exist.

What is damage without mobility? That was the question veigar asked to himself when riot reworked him. Leblanc was both. Riot decided to tone down her mobility CC because of the community spreading post about Leblanc.

There are many champion that are secretly strong right now but are never seen light in LCS. They will stay in the shadows eating players one by one.
Cho gath lurks in the shadows Hmm since all the assassins are now nerfed after the next patch, would that mean that we don't need anti assassins champion anymore such as cho gath, Urgot,Viktor, Kassadins.
