Anyone who wants to see an old school type of champion released again?

Not to say that adding champions that have unique features is bad in a game that is this old and needs to stay fresh, but for once I would enjoy having some old school simple kits that are feared for the sheer effectiveness in their specific role.

Something like a Jax/ Darius or a very strong enchanter that doesn't double into an one shot mage.

Among some of the champions released in the last 2 years or so we have a playmaking support(Rakan), 2 ADCs, 2 assassins(one being "support assassin"), 1 tank and 2 mages.

I have been longing for the day that a new, genuine beginner champion gets released that is super approachable and simple. Part of the reason I hold Taric so highly is that his rework ultimately turned him into an old school style bruiser, emphasising auto attacks and stat sticks with only one skill shot.

Part of me wants to see riot do a 5 for 450 event. Release 5 new beginner champs at the same time, one for each lane, and have them release with 2 skins to help fund it. These should be relatively simple champs with high fan appeal.

I would love a straight forward champion with basic abilities nothing complicated... Not that I dont like Sylas and Neeko theyre fantastic but I wish we would get another Lux/Annie/Udyr champion that are straight forward

I'd like to see a pre-rework soraka style battlemage champ who is balanced as a midlaner first and a support second.

Honestly it seems like every champion being released is super gimicky. Whether its some stupid mini game like kindred stacks, and bard chimes to some champion like jhin with a weird AA patern. Or the ability to mimick your opponents like neeko and now the new champion that can replicate someone elses ult. If organise the champions from release dates all the old champions were simple with Damage, sustain, or crowd control. nobody really added anything overly complicated or completely new to league

Hardly anybody wants another statcheck, "if they're good they roll over you with 0 counterplay and 0 skill on their part," champs like Jax, old irelia, volibear, etc. Stop it.
