Optimizing rune page

So i'm comparing these 2 AD rune pages and want some thoughts on it:

So basically, you exchange 4.5 AD and .5 Armor for 72 HP.

It's hard to tell, without knowing what champ you play and who's your lane opponent.

HP is better than Armor if you're against magic damage, or if you plan to buy a lot of Armor/MR in your items ('cause Armor/MR and HP have multiplicative efficiency with each other). But comparing AD versus HP, that's not really possible. You generally want defensive stats against a hard lane, but sometimes, having a bit more AD is just the edge you need to win the trades, so...
