Since Black Cleaver lost some armor shred could it possibly get a small increase of 25 HP?

Only asking in case one of my most common purchases is missing its due, and I think it would be fair since it's a defensive buff.

Albeit small it would still help and be greatly appreciated.

I think 400 HP is enough on a bruiser item.

It lost armor shred to compensate for the higher armor and lower HP on tank items so it shreds the same amount of armor as before
