I think that a small change that wouldn't ruin him at all make his blinding dart a skill shot not a point and click. It makes sense its a good ability, if Ahri heart was a point and click it would be broken but its a skill shot for balance so why isn't this the same with Temmo?

Kaioko2 votesTeemo doesn't disable all your skills and force you to walk towards him when you get hit by his blind. That's not a small nerf at all he would need major compensation buffs.
Noobgoat201 votesYes it doesn't disable your abilities but if you're playing a melee champion like Kled or garen then what you get close your swinging on him he blinds you then you die cause you couldn't hit him. And he wouldn't need a buff since he is already in a good spot it would just reduce the amount of blinds but increase the skill that temmo takes
