(new champion idea) Shou , Commander of the Gods

Shou would be a support or a top laner his thing that would make him different is that his whole kit is based around the minions that are in lane. He would be dressed in a military uniform with a military beret.

Passive: Golden Leader- Shou would have a range around him where he couldn't attack he would have to use his minions to attack. He would get gold by commanding his minions to attack for him. Minions in this area get their base Ad plus half of shou's ad and they get 1% of his hp as their hp

Q: targeted assault- Shou points to a minion/champion/tower calling all ally minions in the minion wave to attack the target

W: Tactical Retreat- passive: Shou runs faster to incoming minion waves Active: Shou freezes an ally minion wave for 2 seconds the minions can still attack just cannot move

E: Last man standing (Only able to use when no minions are around)- Shou gains 50 ad and 25 movement speed for 3 seconds upon activation enemy champions and minions are stuns for .3 seconds

R: Risky assault- Shou throws down and small AOE ability that any ally minions inside the circle get the Banner of command active

Cool concept. However, as a support/ top laner I'm assuming you intend his kit to be more bruiser than full AD (which a passive that gives allied minions 50% AD is bound to encourage). Perhaps tune down the AD scaling on the passive. Also, while this is a cool concept, many of the abilities would prove complicated to code (not that they would be impossible, but complicated means glitches and lots of em).

Passive: Requires minions Q: Requires minions W: Requires minions E: Can't be used with minions around R: Requires minions ... So this guy's literally useless against any toplaner with an AOE skill? How does he scale? Does his Q do anything other than command? Why'd you ever want to level it if it doesn't? His R's literally an item active. Why'd you ever leave lane with this guy? He's beyond useless outside of lane. I don't think you understand how many problems this guy inherently has. There's nothing to discuss here because nothing would work towards making him better.

Jesus Christ no. You must be new to league, or have little practice with minions or don't want to learn. This would take away so many mechanics. Freezing a wave, slow pushing, minion aggro all of that would be gone because of this guy.
