Apu, the insane Slave

Backstory- Was a slave in Shurima that helped build all the building and wonders of the great empire had his family brutally tortured and killed by Xerath when he tried to escape the empire to Noxus just to get away from his life. Once he was caught he was cut slashed and was thrown into a hole with his chains tied around him, as he was boiling in the sun for days. Malzarhar sensing his power and hatred appeared and took him into the void to gain knowledge and to become powerful.

Passive- Loneliness- when he is alone with no allies with him he get a 15% increase of damage
Auto Attack- hits them with his chains with a range of 425 scales with level and ap Q- Chain whip- A ranged attack where for the next 4 seconds he whips people with his chains cause them to become slowed for 1 second. (does 90 per hit scales with 45% of ap is the AA range of 575) W- Join Me!- Apu has a mental breakdown and jumps onto enemy head makeing the shortsighted and slowing them. Gouging their eyes out of the head and doing 100 damage that scales with 35% ad E- Painless- From being tortured he take 50% less damage and gains 25% life steal for 3 seconds R- Inescapable- Apu becomes rooted and throws his chains into the ground coming up and grabbing anyone in the radius of 850 and bashing them into the ground dealing 350 damage scaling with 65% of hi ap after releasing they are stunned for a second.
