Everyone is just petty

If you make a small mistake in champ select like banning a champ that is common like yasuo even though the yasuo on your team is last pick and everyone agrees to ban him that yasuo is just gonna ban a champion that someone wants. Or in game if a support dies trying to make a play or accidentally steals a kill I've seen adcs just dc or fed just because of a little mistake. Everyone just cannot take the blame or forget small things if the jungler isn't ganking every lane ever second you just get reported and blamed. It has gotten to the point where it feels like your not even on a team since everyone hates each other.
