Dont flame, but should Grievous wounds be buffed?

Grievous wounds reduces all healing received by 40%. If you get a item 3033 for 2800g it is 50% gold efficient (not counting the passives).

25% total armor penetration can correlate to Lethality if the enemy has:

100 armor > 25 armor shredded for self only; worth 563g using lethality's gold value In this case item 3033 is worth 1963g / 70% gold efficient w/o Grievous Wounds Grievous wounds needs to account for 835g, which is approx. the value of 24 AD.

200 armor > 50 armor shredded for self only; worth 1125g item 3033 is worth 2525g / 90% gold efficient w/o Grievous Wounds Grievous wounds needs to account for 275g

It doesn't seem to need a buff, but I think Grievous wounds should be something that stands out more. I would much rather a slight nerf on grievous wounds items and a buff in grievous wounds itself. We get these items to counter very strong sustain champions, and they should really feel that strategic item purchase when we get Grievous wounds. Items such as item 3033 are only worth it if they also build armor, so basically not very gold efficient vs something like a vladimir, or a Fiora etc. I think Grievous wounds should stand out more on its own.

Wasnt it at 70% reduced healing awhile back? I know originally it nullified all healing and they've gradually toned it down it seems.

There isn't really anything in the game right now that has/provides extremely overbearing healing so GW is fine where it's at. It's better to just take care of specific cases than to buff/nerf the whole thing and possibly put other champions out of whack.
