I have watched ActMan newest video and love his content.
He points out the biggest problem that League is facing. League's changes are just happening too often and there is at some point they will have to settle down with changes for everyone to enjoy.
I do recommend on watching it.

i completely stopped listening, when he said he doesnt understand the difference between armor penetration and lethality. its not a difficult concept to grasp, and takes one minute to look up on google. hes saying he didnt manage to do that in 3 years? why is he still talking then?
dont lethality items even have it in the description how much armor penetration they grant?
if you cant wrap your head around such a simple concept, your general opinion about game balance is probably worth shit.
he has a couple of points when it comes to thematic changes, or the frequency of changes, but i also noticad that he really doesnt have a clue that some mechanics were changed for good reason.
for example i dont agree with chogath % health damage on his e, but the reason why his ultimate was changed to not lose stacks on death anymore, is because feast of famine mechanics fucking suck. thats one reason why draven shouldnt have his passive either.
Don't fix what ain't broken.

i dont agree with every point u make, but i do agree with most of them. and i also always thought riot was trying to "balance" the game... they arn't.
i loved the old masteries, i thought the season 5 change and adding keystones was dumb.. and i only really put up with the new one because it helped my main out when she was in a shit state
but yeah its blatantly clear that riot isnt trying to make this game better.
i mean sure i hated dominion. but other modes i DID love.. for example... ascention was FANTASTIC, but the instant they took off the "Stealing" mechanic and made it it a pick up the ruined ALL the fun
i LOVE the 
rework... he was never a chapion i liked before.. and now i find him fun
and my favorite rework of all time was in 4.10 with my main 
, they gave me everything i could have ever asked for then.
some people hated plants... i like them a lot some people hated adding scuttle and rift
well scuttle was cool and now rift is fantastic.
but... now they change up the jungle
and completly fuck up ALL ap junglers except nunu
they just keep BREAKING things for no reason at all. they're supposed to FIX THINGS
not break them.
its not balanced around "high elo"

i am a person who plays VERY few champsion
i played nidalee when she has a 38% winrate.
but ranked.. its a joke... there is no "play what your want and win if your good at it"
my main used to be a laner.. i quit for 8 months in season 5 becuase i didnt want to play her in the jungle... i eventually came back with the release of her challenger skin. and relerned her in the jungle... 6 TIMES!!!
i picked up a 
then after they trashed everyting i loved about her i picked up .
but i did that becuase i wanted to have other option than my bae nidalee every single game

but i just cant do it anymore.. the ONLY thing that keeps me playing me to this game IS Nidalee.
and the instant you kill her off i have no reason to play.
becuase back when nid had a 38% she was still FUN. they didnt ruin her kit or her jungle.. they just gutted her damage.
with the scuttle changes she isn't FUN becuase i am forced to do the ONE THING i NEVER want to do as nidalee which is go near 1v1 duelists. let alone have to face them at my WEAKEST POINT IN THE GAME which is lvl 2.
EVERY SINGLE single meta champsion in the jungle right now... is a lvl 2 duelist
is the kind of champsion nidalee NEVER wants to face.
pretty much every jungle that was kicked out of the jungle... are the champs i LIKE facing when playing nidalee.
so even if i DO hit lvl 3. all the fun is ruined in the game becuase i am forced to face all the champsions that hardcounter me.
if it was lvl 3 sure i could at least CONTEST scuttle. but its not
i can't play my main right now and that's all that matters.
every other champsion i play.. i played becuase i can only no nidalee 90% of the time. so i had 4 more options.
when u take away that 90%.. u leave me with nothing.
and as long as the jungle changed FORCE level 2 duelists, i can never play her.
