Should neutral damage sources deal more magic damage?

I think it would be a good idea to change some neutral sources of physical damage to deal magic damage instead in order to create an environment that is more neutral towards resistance types. This will help allow armor and magic resistance to be balanced on equal footing, allowing champions to tailor their resistance purchases/runes more specifically to what they are facing in an individual game. Because the neutral damage in the game is skewed towards physical damage, the game favors armor by default, causing more armor to be built by champions earlier in the game which is then compensated for by Riot overtuning AD tank shredding (particularly in lategame, denying tank power fantasy and making full AD too viable).

Suggestions below... Elemental Drakes deal different damage types - Earth 100% physical Infernal 100% magic Wind, Ocean, Elder 50% physical, 50% magic

Big raptor deals magic damage and little raptors deal less damage

Brambleback deals magic damage (just animate a streak of flame on its claw when it slashes)

Turrets deal 50% physical, 50% magic damage

Problem is that MR values tend to be low and hard to raise, while armor actually scales on champs, is higher on items, an can actually be stacked without completely throwing the game in most cases.
