Shave 10% of Spear of Shojin's CDR off and convert it into Health

i.e. Spear now gives 350 Health up from 250 10% CDR down from 20% same AD same effect

Each point of CDR translates into 26.67 gold. Every 10 points of Health ~equals 26.7 gold.

There are so many ways to earn CDR already - just force champions to invest in those as well when they build Spear of Shojin instead of letting them literally slap Spear and BC together for 40%.

Alternatively you could shave off a little AD as well and add some Armor to it, assuming armor on an AD item is still acceptable .
