PSA: Last Whisper Items like Lord Doms helps Aatrox's late game issues.

So I was working about on figuring what the Last Whisper items are good for (since they were updated, and I questioned if they were good or not), and decided to test a Black Cleaver into Death's Dance into Steraks into Lord Doms build on both Darius and Aatrox. I noticed especially with Aatrox a increase in damage towards both tanks and squishes, which begs the question: Can LW items like this be added to Aatrox's recommended, and also Rhaast (Since both have a damage dealing heal)? At first, I bashed New Aatrox for being garbage and not like the original in any way. But as I tested this build, it made playing him feel 10x better. I feel like a detail like this was completely overlooked when the massive AD changes happened on the same patch.

I do not get why nobody is building LW aside from ADCs. Wasn't it like the best buy on assassins in particular? It was the prime buy on Khazix for example.

Because the change was overlooked. People regard the item as a ADC item. Truth is its a decent damage item for AD users.

You built penetration item

On a champion who literaly has a true damage nuke and built in % dmg pen DARIUS

Due to that I suggest everyone to assume that you are clueless.

So ignoring more percent armor than what he already has is apparently a bad thing?

I actually feel like I've seen more assassins build LW items than adc's smfh. For most adc's I see something like this item 3095 item 3006 item 3094 item 3153 / item 3072 item 3031 item 3026

Thanks for the insight, much appreciated brother. I'm feeling pretty down after a string of losses with new Aatrox and man do I miss my old carry. Hopefully this helps me get back on track and gaining some much needed W's.
