Top-tier play is probably worse than on SR due to fewer incentives and a smaller playerbase resulting in less competition and gameplay refinement.

Average play is definitely worse than on SR because of less exposure and fewer resources for beginners. There aren't nearly as many streams, tournaments, or guides showcasing high-level play, so high-level strategies don't filter down the MMR brackets as well as on SR.

Bottom-tier play is likely about the same. Bottom-tier players on SR don't really know how to play SR, and I can't think of a reason for that to be any different on TT.

Also, just to be clear, I'm talking about the level of gameplay, not the quality of the players.

My MMR is probably pretty low and this is generally what I experience every game...

-Rarely does anyone watch the map, making junglers like Gragas, Shaco and Vi pretty much free wins. -Everyone is hyper aggressive and chase for kills, which ends badly more often than not -Everyone dives, even when they're not equipped for it -People can rarely survive in lane on their own and insist that you (the jungler) win their lane for them

-People generally die multiple times in the first 5 minutes, most often to ganks (of course, this is the jungler's fault for not being Superman and saving them from their lack of awareness).

-Some people give up after either first blood or first ace -Everyone blames each other and whines instead of just playing the game. -Most players are quick to surrender when things go wrong, even when they have a stronger late game comp.

Also, premades are super aids to play against on this map and every other game pits you against one.
