You basically instakill anyone you can touch. Obviously, you're clean up crew in teamfights, but you can literally pick any member of the team off if they walk into a bush.
No boots and still maintain 421 base movement speed. (I use Sorc shoes until full build then switch out for shadows) 921 AP endgame (my mastery page doesn't include Archmage mastery).
