pls rito throw us AP scaling on his passive, Q, or E D: Knowing that lichbane procs on E or spell effects proccing on something other than his ult would be good instead as well.

Arguably, I would have to agree... with the exception that it appears as though they changed his W.
Since his W seemingly no longer scales AP, but scales % missing health now, would suggest that playing AP GP has little to no point anymore.
Just my opinion, but I feel like it would take a bit more than just a scaling on Q or E to make AP GP worth looking at anymore. :(
