Why do ADC's feel so OP in Season 7?

Stopped playing any role but ADC and won that last 15 straight... what the hell?

Played Sivir a few games... felt like I didn't know what the hell I was doing but was still winning a lot of my games. Decided to knuckle down and practice her in norms.

Went from 9 wins 8 losses on Sivir to 27 wins 10 losses in a week. From 2.4kda to 3.6kda. Really made me realize how easy it is to play the role decently. Also how comparably weak I felt mid.

I also keep seeing a lot of "lol adc 2017 sucks." Why?

They were actually the worst role this season in the beginning. Theres also a lot of variables to your wni streak so assuming its bc ADC is OP is a bad statement to this, theyre actually way more balanced than they were.

Fun fact: This is why ADC Ziggs existed

What's a Sivir?

it depends on your rank, if you are in a position where people actually peels for you, the role is incredibly easy, you are the most fragile one and as a such you need to be protected, low elo knows nothing about team comp and peel, for all what's worth you could be 10/0/10 and your team WILL leave you behind while 3 of the enemies jump on you

Hmm good point. I am on voice with my support. Really does help to know that peel is coming. Before we were mostly doing mid/jg but it felt MUCH harder to carry.

As adc/support though feels so much easier. We go into it knowing we will probably win lane, and tie up their bot.. and likely their JG for the early part of the game. We get drag control. We can fairly safely ward half the damn map. Generally can early invade, or prevent an early invade.

I really just feel a lot more in control of the game. Not to mention how damn easy it is to CS with an ADC. Mid I real happy if I was getting 180cs in 30 minutes. ADC I'm generally around the 250-260 mark when the games go that long.

Even though my Mid stats on my go to Mid (Anivia) were petty good 8.9/5.1/8.8 I felt like I was always missing CS trying to answer the roam of faster roaming champ. Also getting towers just sucked. As an adc I think I'v gotten first tower something like 70% of my games personally.

Also got my first ranked penta 2 promo's back. My burst feels comparable to most champs as Sivir... but the dps/mobility just adds a lot.

Maybe it's all a side effect of the Meta shift mid lane.

oh, you have a friend support, yeah that makes things like 200 times easier, just now I finished 3 games that went this way:

First game: awesome support, we almost carried but my internet flopped

Second game: Malzahar support who used his voidling to steal CS from me, never applied space aids on enemies, missed every single Q, ulted only after I died, no sightstone either I think

Third game: Lux support, no sightstone, stood in the back all game long, she would often simply stop moving behind me, no pressure whatsoever, no shields either, missed almost all her Qs and didn't even try to poke with her E...

This is just today and the coin also flips on occasion since I rather play support than having a fill support doing stupid stuff around but it's games like these the ones where you understand why adc is such a hard position, it's the most team reliant one, even if a lot of stuff is being spoon fed to you

I decided to play adc twice a while back and shit all over everything having not played adc in about a year. Not sure what ADCs are bitching about. Did it with random supports from solo queue.

They're mostly just mad because they get out of position and die. Then they come on the boards and flame tanks/bruisers for being OP. Hence the current tank rework where they made minor nerfs across the board and now playing a tank on PBE is essentially the same as inting.

because they don't :D

Because riot buffed them in pre-season 6, then barely nerfed any of them since.

Every ADC I get does no damage so I guess it depends what you build and what rank you are

You have damage after your first back dude.
