I think this is a good question for Riot: Clash and game balance

Once the game mode gets ironed out of kinks and bugs and gets implemented into the game properly, will you guys be using Clash's results as another means of measuring champion balance?

They should tbh. Clash is shows which each champion is capable of in a setting where people won’t troll and all have good communication.
