Ranked solo queue suggestion

I made this post in general discussion but it was quickly buried beneath all the stuff that gets posted there, so thought i would post it here as well.

I really, really hate going into ranked solo queue and seeing the first message in the box in champ select some guy saying "Duo bot with summoner X"

The reason i hate this, is because historically speaking from my own experience of course, duo bots feed, rage, afk, and are generally unpleasant, FAR more often than 2 random strangers would be. I propose the following solution to the plague that is duo bots.

When someone queue's up for a ranked solo queue match, provide a box that they can check/uncheck indicating whether or not they are ok with playing with people who are queued as a duo. Personally, I would be willing to wait longer in the queue if that ment that i don't have to deal with a duo bot who 9/10 times will do horrible.

what do you guys think? Am i making to big a deal over duo bots or is this something you guys would actually like if implemented?
